Miramar II Salou – Comprehensive reform, redistribution of spaces and change of image in Salou.
The comprehensive renovation of this tourist apartment was a challenging but successful project. We transformed a space with two bedrooms and a bathroom with a separate kitchen into one with three bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. We achieved this change by creating a kitchen open to the living room, without compromising the distribution or functionality of the space. In the original location of the kitchen we now find a bedroom and a toilet, which involved a careful redistribution of the other areas and accesses. In addition, complete updates were carried out on the electrical and plumbing installations, as well as the installation of air conditioners and new flooring both inside and on the terraces. The bathrooms and carpentry were also completely renovated, using durable, quality materials that met the planned budget.
The result is a tourist apartment functional and attractive, ready to provide a comfortable and pleasant experience to guests.
