Miramar III Salou – Comprehensive reform and image change in Salou.
An exhaustive comprehensive renovation of a tourist apartment has been carried out with the main objective of integrating the independent kitchen into the living room, thus creating a larger, more functional and welcoming space. To achieve this, changes were made to all electrical and plumbing installations, as well as air conditioning installations. Always prioritizing space efficiency.
New flooring was installed both inside and on the terraces, which contributed to improving both the aesthetics and functionality of the apartment. The bathroom was completely renovated and adequate space was found for the location of the washing machine and cleaning utensils, maximizing the usefulness of the space.
